Training 4: Order

(09:02)

The order screen in App4Sales includes a range of features designed to streamline the order process. This training will guide you through each feature step by step.

Within the order screen, you can easily select a customer from the customer database to begin creating an order. You can then add new items from the catalog or modify items that have already been added. App4Sales also supports item entry via barcode and QR-code scanning, either with a handheld scanner or by using your device’s camera.

Using Customer-Specific Prices in App4Sales

App4Sales allows you to apply customer-specific pricing to selected customers. For example, if you offer quantity discounts, these will automatically be applied to the relevant items in the order, and the discount will be clearly shown on the order screen.

If your ERP system includes price lists in foreign currencies, App4Sales will load the appropriate pricing when a customer from another country is selected. Both the items and the order screen will display the currency linked to that specific customer. This ensures that sales representatives can create orders from anywhere, regardless of the customer’s currency.

Saving and Sending Sales Orders

If an order doesn’t need to be sent immediately, it can be saved directly from the order screen. Orders can be saved as either complete or incomplete and later accessed through the main menu for further editing.

Once the customer’s order is complete, it can be sent directly from the order screen. After tapping the Send button, the order is transmitted to the back office in real time. This real-time integration with App4Sales helps speed up order processing and saves valuable time.

If you’re working in offline mode, orders are stored locally on the device. As soon as an internet connection is available, the saved orders can be sent to the back office from the overview screen.
