Specifications, washing instructions, stock information and images are examples of the product information that is displayed. This information is communicated in different languages to reach international customers as well.

An important advantage of the B2B webshop, the PIM solution and the sales app are the ease and simplicity offered to retrieve information and place orders. The B2B customer can place an order via the B2B webshop with the same ease as a private consumer that places an order with an online webshop. Core-portal Standard allows the customer access to their order history, order confirmations and invoices, as well as images and brand style files. This saves LingaDore time, allowing them to spend more time on customer contact.

With the B2B webshop, LingaDore also sees an increase in the number of orders. Viewing the new collection and instantly placing an order is now much easier. With a B2B webshop, LingaDore is in contact with its customers all over the world, 24/7.

All information from the B2B webshop, the PIM system and the sales app are connected to the ERP system Reflecta XL-enz. This connection means that data is automatically exchanged. Orders are forwarded to the right place immediately, stock is updated and invoices are prepared and paid for quicker. The connection between these solutions makes it easier and therefore faster for both LingaDore and the customer to place and process orders.
